Configuration: Quadruped Unmanned Ground Vehicle (UGV) / Firefighting & Reconnaissance Unit
System Description: The RXR-C10LQ-S is a manually controlled, wheeled-legged quadruped robot engineered for reconnaissance and hazard mitigation in high-risk environments. Built to replace human personnel in areas prone to collapse or toxic exposure, the unit operates via a self-organizing network and wireless radio frequency to ensure stable, over-the-horizon control. It functions as a critical unmanned node for modern emergency and tactical response.

PAYLOAD & CORE MODULES

  • Optical & Thermal Payload: Equipped with a dual-light gimbal featuring a 5-megapixel effective resolution capable of 2K video recording and photography. The optical system includes digital zoom and a high-resolution thermal imaging camera, secured by an industrial three-axis stabilized structure.

  • Atmospheric Detection Unit: Features an explosion-proof multi-parameter detector. It continuously collects real-time atmospheric data, monitoring Oxygen (O2), Carbon Monoxide (CO), Hydrogen Sulfide (H2S), and Methane (CH4), alongside ambient temperature and humidity.

  • Tactical Command Interface: Integrates a four-in-one module equipped with high-brightness lighting, a high-power loudspeaker, audible and visual alarms, and a siren for on-site control and emergency command.

  • Power Architecture: Utilizes a tool-free, quick-release battery system with a split-body design to support rapid power replacement in the field.

LOCOMOTION & KINEMATICS

The robot utilizes a flexible quadruped chassis with wheeled extremities, adapting its posture to navigate complex topography.

  • Standing Mode: Unlocks full movement capabilities, allowing for precise manual control, steering, and omnidirectional traversal across complex terrain.

  • Crawling Mode: Lowers the chassis profile, enabling the unit to infiltrate and conduct reconnaissance in narrow ruins, confined spaces, and restricted openings.

  • Stationary Mode: Locks movement vectors to maintain a stable standing posture, utilized for startup self-tests, precision calibration, and payload inspection.

OPERATIONAL DEPLOYMENT

Designed for environments with extreme operational limitations:

  • Industrial Hazards: Deployment in refining units, chemical warehouses, and tank areas facing toxic gas dispersion, high pressure, and secondary explosion risks.

  • Subterranean & Enclosed Spaces: Navigation through highway/railway tunnels, subways, and underground pipe galleries characterized by heavy smoke accumulation, zero visibility, and high collapse risk.

  • Complex Structures: Penetration of super high-rise buildings and commercial complexes where external ladder access is limited and internal structures are compromised.

  • Active Firefighting: Capable of physically dragging a fire hose to a designated target zone. The operator can remotely adjust the spray angle of the water cannon to suppress the fire (Note: The chassis must be locked in a prone posture during active water discharge).

SECTORS & APPLICATIONS

  • Petrochemical & Energy Sector: Deployment in refining units, storage tank areas, hazardous chemical warehouses, and gas stations facing toxic gas dispersion and secondary explosion risks.

  • Transportation & Underground Infrastructure: Operations in highway/railway tunnels, subway sections, underground garages, and comprehensive pipe galleries characterized by enclosed spaces, low visibility, and heavy smoke.

  • Commercial & Industrial Facilities: Reconnaissance in super high-rise office buildings, commercial complexes, factories, and warehouses with limited external access and complex internal structures.

  • Urban Search & Rescue (USAR): Navigation through old urban areas, urban villages, and brick-wood buildings featuring narrow passages, numerous obstacles, and high collapse risks.

  • Forestry & Seismic Response: Intervention in high-risk zones including forest fires and secondary earthquake fires to avoid human casualties.
